Delete your DREAM CODE account
How to delete your account and data, with or without the app
Last updated: 15 October 2026
About this page
This page is for the app DREAM CODE, the dream journal and dream analysis app. On Google Play, DREAM CODE is published by the developer Remiel Technologies for Empyrean Scientifica, which makes DREAM CODE. Remiel Technologies and Empyrean Scientifica are both trade names of Beverly Index LLC, United States.
First, if you have a subscription
If you bought Dreamer or Dream Code Plus in the app, cancel the subscription in Google Play before you delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you: the app asks you to cancel first, and it does not delete the account while the subscription still renews. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it either.
- On your Android device, open your subscriptions in Google Play. In DREAM CODE you can also open Pricing and tap Manage subscription.
- Select the DREAM CODE subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Once the subscription no longer renews, you can delete your account. Deleting it ends your plan at once, even if paid time remains. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.
Option 1: in the app or the web console
- If you have a DREAM CODE subscription, cancel it in Google Play first (see above).
- Open DREAM CODE on your phone, or the web console at beverly-index.com/dreamcode, and sign in.
- Open Profile: tap the round button with your initial at the top right, or open MENU and choose Profile.
- If you want a copy of your journal, tap Export my dreams (JSON) or Export as plain text first.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Your account and data are deleted at once, and the dreams kept on that phone or browser are removed too.
Option 2: by email, without the app
If you cannot use the app (for example, you no longer have it installed or you forgot your password), send an email to rrbjr@remielengine.ai:
- Send it from the email address of your DREAM CODE account.
- Use the subject Delete my DREAM CODE account.
We may reply to that address to confirm the request comes from you. We then delete the account and tell you when it is done, within 30 days of your request. If you want your journal first, ask us in the same email and we will send you an export before deleting. If you have a DREAM CODE subscription, cancel it in Google Play first: we cannot cancel it for you, and we can delete the account only once it no longer renews.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, password, display name, community name, language and plan.
- Every dream in your journal, with its analysis, reflections, chat with Dream AI and earlier versions.
- Your usage records, sign-in sessions and password reset requests.
- Your community posts (with the comments and likes on them), your comments, likes and chat room messages, the people you blocked and who blocked you, the reports you filed and the reports about your content.
- The reports about AI content you filed, and any tester code use and community suspension on your account.
- Our records of your Google Play subscriptions (purchase tokens, plan, period, state and end date).
What is kept, and for how long
- A minimal record that the account existed: its internal id, the dates it was created and deleted, its language and the time the Terms were accepted. It holds no email, name, community name, password or content, and it is kept so that no old sign-in can work again.
- The moderation log: entries recording that a moderator acted on an item (which action, when and by whom), kept to keep the community safe. They do not contain the item's text.
- Backups: our database provider may keep backups for a limited time; deleted data can remain in a backup until it expires.
- Our AI provider: text sent to Anthropic for an analysis or a reply is deleted by Anthropic within 30 days, except where its usage policies or the law require longer retention.
- Google Play: Google keeps its own records of your purchases and payments under its own policies; we cannot delete them.
- Other devices: dreams saved on another phone or browser where you were signed in can stay on that device until you clear DREAM CODE's data there. Exports you downloaded are yours to keep or delete.
Delete some data, keep your account
- A dream: delete it in the Dream Journal. It stays in Recently deleted for 30 days, where you can restore it; after that its text, analysis, chat and earlier versions are erased for good.
- A community post or comment: open its menu and choose Delete. It is hidden from everyone at once; its text is erased when your account is deleted.
- Anything else: write to rrbjr@remielengine.ai from your account's email address and tell us what you would like deleted.

Elimina il tuo account DREAM CODE
Come eliminare l'account e i dati, con o senza l'app
Ultimo aggiornamento: 15 ottobre 2026
- Seleziona l'abbonamento DREAM CODE.
Opzione 2: via email, senza l'app
Eliminare alcuni dati e tenere l'account
