PROTEUS is the defense application of Neural Oscillation Signature Theory. Where NOUS reads a cognitive signature to infer clinical state, PROTEUS manages a signature to assess what an adversary reveals, conceals, or fabricates in their communications.
The platform processes intercepted text, open-source intelligence, debriefings, and voice communications through the same NOST analytical pipeline, producing cognitive profiles without subject cooperation, hardware, or physiological access.
