Public Website Visitors: We collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data to improve our website and understand traffic patterns.
Contact Form Submissions: When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Demo Users (Gated Content): When you register for interactive demos (DreamWeaver, Memoria Sonata), we collect your email address. Narratives submitted through public demos are processed ephemerally and are NOT stored.
NOUS Platform Users (Authenticated): Practitioners and patients using the NOUS platform submit protected health information (PHI) governed by HIPAA. See our HIPAA Compliance page for details on PHI handling.
CNAP Students: Enrollment data, progress tracking, and certification records are maintained for the duration of your certification and as required by our credentialing program.
Critical distinction: Narratives submitted through the public DreamWeaver, Memoria Sonata, and Empyrean demos on the marketing website are processed ephemerally. They are analyzed in real-time, the output is generated, and the narrative text is immediately discarded. We do not store, log, or retain any narrative content from public demo use.
Full diagnostic assessments through the NOUS platform (which require authenticated practitioner accounts) do store assessment data as PHI under HIPAA protections.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (infrastructure hosts, payment processors) under appropriate data processing agreements, or as required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data, multi-factor authentication for platform access, and regular security audits. See our HIPAA Compliance page for clinical data security details.
